We will email you intake and consent forms to fill out prior to our phone appointment. This allows us to give personalized recommendations specifically for you.
We will call you on the phone at the appointment time.
Click subscribe and pay . You will be charged every 28 days. You may cancel or adjust your charges to a later date at any time.
We will place orders for your medication to the compound pharmacy and/or your local pharmacy.
Medication from the compound pharmacy takes about a week or less. Check with us for current estimated delivery times. Check your email daily for the tracking number from the pharmacy.
For local pharmacy orders, set up text alerts to know when your prescription is ready for pick up.
Ongoing support from your Board Certified Physician is available by messaging, additional phone appointments, and with a monthly email progress report.

Compound medications come in a multi-use vial that contains several doses.

I recommend 31G 1cc 5/16” syringe. You can purchase these at Amazon or any local pharmacy.

Medication from the compound pharmacy will arrive in approximately five business days. Look out for an email from the pharmacy within 24 hours of when your medication will arrive to your home.

These medications should be kept cold and stored in the refrigerator.

The medications must be increased slowly. Start with the lower dose for 4 doses (month one). Increase to the higher dose on your 5th dose (month two). If you stop taking your injections then restart, you must start at the lower dose and titrate up again.

You may stop the medication once you achieve goal weight, but some patients continue to take the lower dose every 2-4 weeks to maintain appetite suppression. If you notice your appetite is out of control and your weight starts to creep up, take a dose and record the date.

You may take these medications up to 48 hours early or late. You are more likely to get side effects when taking the medication early.

Constipation and stomach upset are common side effects but generally well tolerated by most people. Remember to eat slowly and smaller portions. Overeating will cause you to have more stomach upset. Contact me for recommendations to manage any symptoms.

I charge on a monthly subscription, every 30 days. You may cancel at any time prior to the charge. Once you are charged, I will order your medications.

People with a history or family history of medullary thyroid cancer should not take this medication. People with a history of pancreatitis should not take this medication. I will review your health history to see if there are any contraindications for you.
